@rumbaroom901 took the main stage for a performance, then taught the whole square a basic cumbia class, and the floor followed every step. @operamemphis brought a Latin vocal set with Anthony Valle and Ana Cristina Soto, and the lineup kept going all afternoon: the Parade of Nations, DLR Dance Group, Flamenco Memphis, the Cazateatro dancers, Salsa Memphis and Area 58 to close.

Thank you @cazateatro_memphis, Memphis's Hispanic theatre company, for hosting it free for everybody, and to the sponsors up on that big screen, including the Hyde Family Foundation and the Tennessee Arts Commission. @balletmemphis was out celebrating 40 years.

We also met Cuban artist Juan R. Murat Salas, painting right here in Memphis. Four of his pieces are in the video. Contact him for access to his gallery.
